Assessment Integrity and Results Fairness & Compliance: NQ Core reserves the right to invalidate assessment results, withhold certification/qualifications, or suspend accounts if cheating, fraud, or violations of platform integrity are detected. Score Accuracy: While we aim for maximum precision, assessment results and evaluations are provided "as is" to assist individuals and organizations in performance mapping. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NQ Core, its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from: Your access to or inability to access the Services.
